Welcome to Highfield Surgery

We serve the area of highfields, with a population of over 4,900 patients. Severn Street runs between Highfield Street and Saxby Street. It has a large waiting room, reception/admin room, 6 newly refurbished consulting and treatment rooms.

The surgery has suitable access for disabled patients and there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, with disabled toilet alarm system.

All staff at our practice work together as a team to provide you with the best possible care. We aim to treat you with courtesy, dignity, and complete confidence.

Our clinicians can speak English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. Our staff can also speak English, Hindi, Gujarati and Panjabi as well.

Communication

• We will keep you informed of the services that we offer and information with regards to your health treatment
• Patients who have been on the list for 1 years and who have not been seen either in a clinic or in a consultation will be invited for a health check up
• The Doctors provide full maternity medical services
• This is not a dispensing pracitce. All prescriptions need to be taken to the chemist for dispensing
