Please note the Surgery accepts all patients from any out of the area below, if patients are happy to opt out of home visit service, and there’s no clinical concerns for registering as out of area patients. For more information, please access the NHS guidance here. Our clinicians also can provide you a clinical assessment to see whether you are suitable to register as out of area patient.

We highly recommend any children under 4 year old to be registered the same surgery as children’s mum for the convenience of delivering local community child immunisation service. We will automatically register our patient children informed by hospital after children’s birth and make children mums aware of it. If you would like to re-register children somewhere else as the mum would like to change a GP surgery, please inform our surgery to de-register children as well. If the mum is moving out of area, we highly recommend both the mum and the children to be registered with local GP.

If you are registered as out of area patients, and have any concerns with your health without home visit service, please check here to find your local GP that can provide you home visit and community child immunisation service if needed.
