Home Visits

If you require a home visit for any housebound patient, please ring the surgery at 0116 254 3253.

There may be a clinician coming from Single Point of Access service coming to visit patients on behalf of our own GP.

If the patient live out of area, and register with us as an out of area patient, we may not be able to provide the home visit service. If patient has any clinical concern regarding the need of the home visit or emergent face to face appointment, please discuss concern with the usual GP.
