We serve the Highfields area, with a patient population of over 5,000. Severn Street, where our surgery is located, runs between Highfield Street and Saxby Street. Our facility includes a large waiting room, a reception and administration area, and six newly refurbished consulting and treatment rooms.

The surgery is fully accessible for disabled patients, featuring an accessible toilet on the ground floor equipped with a disabled toilet alarm system.

All staff at our practice work collaboratively as a team to provide you with the best possible care. We strive to treat every patient with courtesy, dignity, and complete confidentiality.

Our clinicians can communicate in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. Additionally, our staff speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Punjabi.

We are not a dispensing practice. All prescriptions must be taken to a pharmacy for dispensing. We will keep you informed about the services we offer and provide relevant information regarding your healthcare.
