Patient Questionnaire – Getting NHS Help Fast Saturday Flu Clinic on 4 October 2025 Practice Closing Plan for Staff Training
We provide a full Child Immunisation Clinic at our practice, following the UK national immunisation schedule. Vaccinations are one of the most effective ways to protect your child against serious diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, polio, diphtheria, and whooping cough.
Our trained nurses administer vaccinations at key stages of your child’s development, starting from 8 weeks of age. Each vaccine is carefully scheduled to provide the best protection at the right time.
You will receive invitations when your child is due for their immunisations. If you think your child may have missed a vaccination or you have any questions, please contact the surgery — we’re happy to advise and support you.
Vaccinating your child helps protect not only their health, but also the wider community by reducing the spread of infectious diseases.
If your child moves from abroad, please see the information below:

If you are a parent wishing to opt your child/children out of the Child Immunisation Service, please first speak with our reception team. They will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure your concerns are directed to the appropriate clinical staff for review. We encourage all parents to discuss any questions or concerns they have about child immunisation with our team to help you make an informed decision.
