You can also use Patient Online Access Service to order their prescription.
Patient can also book some appointments online with our nurse/HCAs, view their medical records including their test results, and also have access to consented other patients’ records.
Please note:
If you have already had “Patient Online Access Service” (SystmOnline Login) set up, you can use the same login for NHS App.
If you don’t have “Patient Online Access Service” (SystmOnline Login) set up, we recommend you to download NHS App and apply the access via NHS App directly. NHS App access doesn’t request you to contact the Surgery and it is far more easier and safe for you to use online service.

Please drop your prescription request form with the items clearly marked at the reception during opening hours or post into the letterbox at the gates any time of the day or night. If you wish your prescription to be posted back to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope,
Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be processed.
Please note: We do not accept prescription requests by telephone as this might breach confidentiality. This enables us to provide more efficient and effective telephone service for emergencies, appointments and queries.
